Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept, which is a definite plus. However, the condition of the rooms was disappointing, with issues like musty smells and insect bites that made my stay less than ideal. The breakfast could use improvement as well, as the options were very basic and not particularly appetizing.
The resort was a tranquil paradise with stunning architecture and a beautiful atmosphere. I loved the two clean pools and the shuttle service to the beach was really convenient. However, the room fan was a bit inadequate, making it uncomfortable during the night, and some areas could have used better cleaning.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the grounds were beautiful and well-kept, with nice views of the surrounding nature. However, the noise from ongoing construction was a big downside, making it difficult to relax. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, and the service was hit or miss, with some staff members lacking the warmth I expected from a resort. Overall, it's a great place if you're looking for a picturesque setting but not for a tranquil getaway.
The resort is a hidden gem, offering a beautiful jungle-like atmosphere that feels like paradise. The staff genuinely makes an effort to ensure you feel special, and the breakfast options are absolutely delightful. However, a couple of unfortunate incidents during a visit overshadowed the experience, particularly regarding room conditions and service efficiency.
I found the hotel to be excellent value, situated just off the main road leading into Ao Nang. It’s a bit farther from the beach and tourist center than I anticipated, but the hotel provides a free shuttle service that runs every hour until 9pm, which was super helpful. The facilities, while nice, could use some maintenance, and the breakfast was decent but fairly basic.
